Job summary

3 Sided Cube is seeking an HR Coordinator on a part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract in Bournemouth. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll updates, and HR operations, with hybrid working to accommodate in-office days and flexibility.

You’ll work closely with the Head of People to keep HR processes smooth and compliant, supporting a culture-focused People team in a purpose-driven company.

Qualifications

• A couple of years in a people-focused role (HR support, recruitment coordination, employee engagement).
• Organised and discreet, able to handle multiple tasks.
• HiBob or Recruitee experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating recruitment: adverts, CV screening, interviews, offers.
• Onboarding new starters and settling them in.
• People operations: records, contracts, HR letters, payroll updates, HiBob workflows.
• Compliance: risk assessments, policy updates, data compliance.
• Handle day-to-day queries from employees and managers, travel bookings.
• Culture activities: parties, events, snacks; keep team connected.
• Look for process improvements and automation opportunities.
