3 Sided Cube Ltd. is hiring an HR Coordinator (Part-time, 12 months) in Bournemouth. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, payroll updates, and HR operations while helping maintain culture and employee wellbeing. The position is hybrid, with three days in the office and flexible hours to fit around childcare and school runs.

Qualifications

• A couple of years in a people-focused role: HR support, recruitment coordination, employee engagement.
• Organised and discreet with information, able to juggle multiple tasks.
• HiBob or Recruitee experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating recruitment: posting adverts, screening CVs, booking interviews, sending offers.
• Onboarding: getting new starters set up and settled.
• People operations: records, contracts, payroll updates, HiBob workflows.
• Compliance: risk assessments, policy updates, data compliance.
• Looking after the team day-to-day: answering queries, travel bookings, remote connectivity.
• Culture: organising events, cards, celebrations, snacks.
• Process improvement: identify and automate cumbersome tasks.
