Job summary

Planteria Group, a leading UK interior landscaping specialist, seeks an HR Business Partner for a part‑time role (3 days per week). You will partner with senior leaders, guide managers, handle complex employee relations, and support organisational change while ensuring compliance and a proactive people agenda.

You will work closely with our HR Advisor to deliver effective HR services, develop leadership capability, and contribute to a growing business that values agility and collaboration.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using HR systems (HiBob) and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR guidance to managers.
• Lead complex employee relations cases from start to finish.
• Support organisational design, workforce planning and change projects.
• Analyse people metrics to inform decision‑making and improvements.

Education

CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)

Degree qualified in HR, Business, or related field

Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience using HR systems (HiBob)
