GXO is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Runcorn on a 24-hour-per-week schedule. You will provide generalist HR support to line managers, partner with operational leaders, and ensure policies are applied consistently.

Qualifications

• Broad HR generalist experience supporting line managers and employee relations.
• Knowledge of employment law and timely handling of ER issues.
• Experience with absence management and coordinating with Health professionals.
• Ability to work with Trade Unions and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide full HR generalist support to Managers and employees.
• Lead on absence management, coaching and health-related meetings.
• Drive Employee Engagement, wellbeing initiatives and culture change.
• Assist in delivering HR development workshops and best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of current employment law and HR policies.
