Job summary

Hereford Hospital is seeking a part-time Receptionist to greet members and visitors with a warm, professional welcome. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer care, handling enquiries, and supporting administrative tasks in a busy reception area.

You will need strong communication skills, a friendly and proactive approach, and basic IT abilities including Word and Excel. Shifts are early and late, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.

• Provide general admin support such as handling enquiries and making appointments.
• Take payments from patients in line with procedures and reconcile monies daily.
