Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking a professional Receptionist to provide holiday cover at our Hereford site for 3-7 August. You will greet visitors, manage calls, and support day-to-day admin tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

The role is customer-facing and requires a confident communicator with a friendly, professional attitude. Hours are 8:00am–6:00pm with a 30-minute unpaid break, paying £12.71 per hour for the duration of the booking.

Qualifications

• Previous reception/front-of-house or customer service experience.
• Confident communicator with people skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and multitasking.
• Professional and friendly approach with attention to detail.
• Willing to work during dates 3–7 August.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and assist them on arrival.
• Manage incoming telephone calls, ensuring enquiries are directed to the correct team.
• Record and relay messages accurately and promptly.
• Provide administrative support across different departments when required.
• Assist with the coordination of customer-focused activities and promotional events.
• Carry out general office tasks to support the wider team.
