Job summary

B&Q Limited in Newton Abbot is seeking a Customer Advisor on a part-time 7.5-hour-per-week fixed-term contract. The role covers sales, stock control and displays, with training in paint-mixing and timber-cutting, all while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing, eager to learn and willing to help customers.
• Able to work in a team and on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert customer advice and contribute to sales.
• Assist with stock management, displays and store presentation.
• Learn paint-mixing and timber-cutting as part of training while prioritising great customer service.
