Job summary

B&Q Limited in Leeds is hiring a Customer Advisor on a part-time basis for 11.5 hours per week under a 3-month fixed-term contract. Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–10.00pm, with a notional hourly rate of £13.10.

You’ll be guiding customers on home improvement projects, assisting with stock, displays and ensuring a great store environment. You’ll be trained in tasks like paint-mixing and timber cutting, but excellent customer service remains the core goal.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing, eager to learn and comfortable helping others.
• Great at working in a team and flexible to a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities
