Job summary

B&Q Limited in Sutton-In-Ashfield is seeking a Customer Advisor for a part-time role (11 or 15 hours per week) on a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will assist customers with home improvement needs, help with stock, displays and keeping the store inviting.

Shifts run 7.00am–10.00pm, Monday to Sunday. Training in paint-mixing and timber cutting may be offered, and a friendly, team-focused mindset with weekend/evening flexibility is essential.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing, enjoys helping others.
• Willing to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Interest in home improvement and learning new skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert customer advice and support in-store.
• Help manage stock, set up displays and maintain store appearance.
