B&Q is hiring a Customer Advisor for a part-time, 15 hours per week fixed-term contract at B&Q St.Neots. Shifts cover 7.00am–10.00pm, across Mon–Sun. The role focuses on great customer service, stock management, and store presentation, with training in paint-mixing and timber cutting offered.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert advisor and guide customers.
• Sales will be important, as will managing stock and setting up displays.
• Ensure the store looks great and welcoming for customers.
• Train in paint-mixing and timber cutting as part of role.
