St Andrew’s Primary School is seeking two dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistants to support teaching, learning and pupil development. You will plan and deliver activities, support classroom learning and monitor pupil progress within a collaborative school environment.

These roles require commitment, compassion and effective communication, with opportunities to lead small group interventions and contribute to school-wide literacy and numeracy initiatives.

Qualificações

• Experience working with children across key stages.
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor delivering whole‑class activities.
• English and Maths qualifications at Level 2 or equivalent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, prepare and deliver learning activities to individuals, groups and whole classes.
• Support teachers by helping create an engaging learning environment and preparing resources.
• Monitor, assess and record pupils’ progress, providing detailed feedback and evidence.
• Lead small‑group interventions and support delivery of literacy, numeracy and other curriculum strategies.
• Contribute to out‑of‑school learning activities as required.
