Qualifications

• HLTA Status or significant experience as a Teaching Assistant
• Experience working within a Primary school setting
• Confidence leading whole-class learning when required
• Strong behaviour management and classroom support skills
• Experience delivering interventions in literacy and numeracy
• A passion for supporting pupil progress and achievement
• Excellent communication

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons during teacher PPA time and absences
