Job summary

Everyturn Mental Health in Wirral is seeking a Step 4 High Intensity Therapist to support clients with complex trauma and co-morbid mental health needs. The role is part-time (22.5 hours/week) with hybrid working; remote arrangements may be considered.

You will deliver evidence-based therapies (CBT, EMDR, DBT, ACT) within a multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, formulate treatment plans, manage risk, and contribute to service development and supervision as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-intensity therapy for complex trauma and co-morbid conditions.
• Competence in CBT, EMDR, DBT, ACT and other modalities.
• Experience in assessments and treatment planning within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct clinical interventions (about 60% of time) for clients with complex psychological needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate and deliver treatment plans, and manage clinical risk.
• Collaborate with clients, carers and partners, and contribute to service development and supervision.
