Job summary

Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a clinician to deliver high intensity CBT interventions to Step 3 Talking Therapy patients. The role supports a hybrid model with remote/office-based hours and face-to-face contact, including telephone and video conferencing.

You will manage a caseload of individuals with depression and anxiety, work autonomously within a team, keep accurate records, and pursue CPD to develop skills including group facilitation and supervision

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high intensity CBT interventions.
• Ability to assess and tailor CBT for depression/anxiety.
• Capability to run group and individual CBT sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high intensity CBT for Step 3 patients; manage a caseload.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone and video CBT sessions as appropriate.
• Maintain clear clinical records and meet KPI targets.
• Engage in CPD, supervision and group facilitation when available.
