Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking an IAPT High Intensity Therapist to deliver high intensity CBT interventions within a hybrid service model. The role involves autonomous and team-based work, managing a caseload of mild to moderate anxiety and depression, and delivering group or one-to-one CBT.

Applicants should have an IAPT high intensity qualification, maintain accreditation, and commit to CPD, with flexible and remote working options and NHS pension

Qualifikationen

• IAPT high intensity course for adults in one of the service modalities.
• Maintain full accreditation or work towards provisional and full accreditation within the specified timeframe.
• Strong commitment to CPD and ongoing professional development.

Aufgaben

• Work autonomously and as part of a team within a hybrid model, offering CBT remotely or in-office.
• Assess patients and provide high intensity CBT interventions (group and/or one-to-one).
• Manage a caseload of mild to moderate anxiety and/or depression and meet KPI targets.
• Maintain clear, accurate clinical records and reflect on practice via supervision.
• Develop skills through CPD and opportunities to facilitate groups and supervision.
