Job summary

Everyturn Mental Health is seeking a Part-time Step 4 High Intensity Therapist to join the Wirral Talking Therapies Service. You will deliver evidence-based therapies for complex presentations and work within a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and wellbeing.

With a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT and accrediation in process, you’ll help shape service development, supervise colleagues when appropriate, and contribute to groups. Hybrid working may be considered to fit client needs.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Diploma (Level 7) in CBT or another recognised evidence-based therapy.
• Accredited with BABCP or BPS, or willing to achieve accreditation within 12 months.
• Experience delivering Step 4 and/or Talking Therapies services with understanding of stepped care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct clinical interventions to clients with complex psychological difficulties using an integrative approach.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate and deliver treatment plans, and manage clinical risk.
• Collaborate with clients, carers and professional partners to support recovery and wellbeing.
• Contribute to service development, co-facilitate therapeutic groups and provide clinical supervision where appropriate.
