Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll undertake comprehensive assessments, formulate and deliver treatment plans, manage clinical risk and make informed decisions regarding appropriate interventions. You'll work collaboratively with clients, carers and professional partners, providing expert clinical input to support recovery and improve wellbeing.

Alongside your clinical work, you'll contribute to service development, co‑facilitate therapeutic groups, participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide clinical supervision and support to colleagues where appropriate.

  • Strong assessment, formulation and risk management skills.
  • Ability to work integratively, adapting interventions to meet the individual needs of clients.
  • Additional training and/or experience in modalities such as EMDR, DBT, ACT or Couples Therapy would be advantageous.
  • Experience of multidisciplinary working and building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
