Job summary

MERKUR Casino UK is seeking a part-time Team Member for Ilkeston to deliver high-quality customer service in a lively gaming environment. You will contribute to a welcoming venue atmosphere, performing duties across housekeeping, service rounds, and promotions while working on a rota including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Applicants should have experience in retail/hospitality or gambling, be flexible and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high housekeeping standards of the venue and gaming equipment.
• Conduct service rounds and offer refreshments per brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and flag suspicious/disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration to achieve 100% accuracy.
• Support smooth promotions and campaigns for customer engagement.
• Deliver customer service in line with company standards and ensure satisfaction.
