Job summary

Winstree Medical Practice in Colchester is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our busy, friendly team. This role may require working across two sites, so a car owner is preferred.

The position is 27 hours per week over 3 days, with 8.00am - 6:30pm shifts and a 90 minute unpaid lunch break. You will be responsible for booking appointments, answering the telephone, and assisting patients both face to face and over the phone.

Qualifications

• GP reception experience preferred
• Knowledge of SystmOne would be an advantage
• Car owner due to two-site rota and must be flexible to cover short notice

• Dealing with patient queries both face to face and over the telephone
• Managing emails, scanning and related tasks
• Full training will be provided and you will support doctors and practice staff
