Job summary

Operose Health in Rainham is seeking a GP to deliver high-quality primary care across 3 sessions per week (12.50 hours). You will work with clinical leads to support the surgeries operational plan and contribute to patient safety and outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds GMC registration with NHS performers list and GP accreditation (MRCGP) or equivalent, and knows QOF, LCS, DES and CQUINs. SystmOne or EMISweb experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current GMC registration and NHS performers list.
• GP accreditation (MRCGP) or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to delivering quality and patient-centered services.
• Knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and clinical coding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery, working with clinical leads and local practice team.
• Maintain quality within the practice, participate in clinical governance, and contribute to improved health outcomes through audit and QOF.
• Provide clinical care per the job plan, including consultations (in person/video), triage, results, reviews, signing prescriptions and other clinical administration.
• Adhere to GMC standards and prioritise individual patient care.
• Support development, delivery and review of the surgery action plan with the Practice Manager and site lead.
