Job summary

Operose Health is looking for a General Practitioner to join Rainham Health Centre. The role is 3 sessions per week (12.50 hours) with a salary up to £112,500 depending on experience.

You will deliver high-quality primary care, support clinical governance, and work with the local practice team to improve access and patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is GMC-registered with GP accreditation (MRCGP or equivalent), and has knowledge of QOF and related schemes.

Qualifications

• Current GMC registration and NHS performers list; active clinical work.
• GP accreditation with MRCGP or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs; familiarity with relevant clinical coding.

Responsibilities

• To deliver high quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery.
• Work with clinical leads and local practice team to support the surgeries operational plan.
• Contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement through audits and QOF/CQC standards.
• Provide care per the job plan: in-person and video consultations, triage, results, reviews and prescriptions.
• Adhere to GMC standards and prioritize patient care while supporting practice development.
