Job summary

Operose Health is seeking GPs with 1-2 years of experience to deliver high-quality primary care across the practice. You will work with clinical leads to support the surgery's operational plan, focusing on patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold GMC registration with NHS performers list and GP accreditation (MRCGP or equivalent). Proficiency in SystmOne or EMISweb is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Current GMC registration and NHS performers list with ongoing clinical work.
• GP accreditation (MRCGP) or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Good knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, and CQUINs; appropriate coding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to registered patients and support surgical operations.
• Engage in clinical governance activities and QA/QOF improvements.
• Provide consults (in person, video), triage by phone, and clinical administration.
• Adhere to GMC standards and prioritize patient care.
