MERKUR Slots UK Limited is hiring a part-time Team Member in Bramley for 16 hours per week on a fixed-term maternity cover. The role pays £12.84–£13.84 per hour, with a night rate of £13.84 between 23:00 and 06:00.

The job requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays, and a focus on delivering great customer service in a retail/hospitality/gambling environment. You will join a team that values training, career progression and a safe, welcoming work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environments.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Flexible and able to work on a rota including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Keep venue and gaming equipment clean and maintained to high standards.
• Provide service rounds and refreshments per brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour for safety and smooth operation.
• Assist with admin duties to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Support promotions to run smoothly and drive customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve issues, escalating when needed according to policy.
• Log customer interactions and maintain brand-presentable appearance.
