Job summary

Connection Support in Northampton is recruiting a concierge to join our Supported Accommodation Service. You will be the first point of contact, welcoming residents and visitors, handling enquiries and helping maintain a safe, well‑managed environment.

You will have experience in front‑of‑house or customer‑facing roles, with safeguarding knowledge and an ability to manage challenging situations. The role is part-time, 10 hours per week, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 15:00 to 20:00.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house, concierge, security or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to manage challenging situations, including conflict resolution.
• Experience carrying out administrative duties, record keeping and handling enquiries.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and health & safety legislation.
• Understanding of safeguarding in supported accommodation or similar environments.

• Welcome residents, visitors and staff as first point of contact.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming and well‑managed front-of-house environment.
• Manage enquiries and contribute to a responsive, supportive service for residents.
