Workforce Staffing Ltd in Cheltenham is seeking a Part-Time Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day financial operations and end-to-end accounting in a hands-on role. The position focuses on cash flow forecasting, supplier invoicing, VAT returns, and month-end reporting.

You'll work with the board, leverage Sage and Excel, and implement improvements. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications are preferred; energy experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Raising supplier invoices.
• Chasing outstanding supplier invoices.
• Uploading supplier invoices to CUPID for commission allocations.
• Cashflow forecasts.
• Supplier payments.
• VAT returns and HMRC compliance.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Month end reporting.
• Pension scheme management.
