An exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations and administrative accuracy of the organisation. This is hands-on position with scope to own the end-to-end financial processes of the company as well as manage the day-to-day accounting. The ideal candidate balances meticulous technical accounting oversight with commercial insight to optimise and forecast cash flow and ensure financial practices are adhered to.

Role Responsibilities

• Raising supplier invoices.
• Chasing outstanding supplier invoices.
• Uploading supplier invoices to CUPID (our bespoke in-house CRM & finance system) for commission allocations.
• Cashflow forecasts.
• Supplier payments.
• VAT returns and HMRC compliance.
• Bank reconciliations
• Month end reporting
• Pension scheme management.

Requirements and Skills

• Strong excel and sage proficiency essential.
