Job summary

The CFO HQ in Cheltenham is seeking a part-time Finance Manager to own day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate accounting. This hands-on role offers scope to manage end-to-end financial processes, forecast cash flow, and maintain robust financial practices with a focus on accuracy and commercial insight.

The role requires strong Excel and Sage skills, experience with CUPID CRM, and professional accounting qualifications (ACCA/ACIMA/CIMA preferred).

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACCA/CIMA qualification preferred or part-qualified.
• StrongExcel and Sage proficiency essential.
• Experience with CUPID or similar CRM/finance system advantageous.
• Excellent communication and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Raise and manage supplier invoices and chase outstanding items.
• Prepare cashflow forecasts and manage supplier payments.
• Handle VAT returns and HMRC compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliations and month-end reporting.
• Oversee pensions scheme administration.
• Ensure end-to-end financial processes and accuracy.
