Workforce Recruitment and Training in the UK seeks a part-time Finance Manager to support day-to-day financial operations and ensure accounting accuracy. You will own end-to-end processes, forecast cash flow, and drive improvements in financial practices.

Role Overview

An exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations and administrative accuracy of the organisation. This is hands-on position with scope to own the end-to-end financial processes of the company as well as manage the day-to-day accounting. The ideal candidate balances meticulous technical accounting oversight with commercial insight to optimise and forecast cash flow and ensure financial practices are adhered to.

Role Responsibilities

• Chasing outstanding supplier invoices.
• Uploading supplier invoices to CUPID (our bespoke in-house CRM & finance system) for commission allocations.
• VAT returns and HMRC compliance.
• Bank reconciliations
