The role covers day-to-day finance and HR admin, liaising with leadership and external advisers; AAT Level 4; 5+ years in Finance Manager; Xero and Excel expertise; pro rata salary £50,000.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Finance Manager role.
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of Xero.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily financial operations.
• Producing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Credit control and customer payment collection.
• Bank reconciliations and maintaining financial records.
• VAT returns and HMRC compliance.
• Payroll and pension administration.
• Fixed asset management and depreciation schedules.
• Liaison with accountants, auditors and banking partners.
• Identifying and improving financial processes and reporting systems.
