Four Squared Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Coordinator to join our client in rural Shropshire. This part-time, office-based role focuses on day-to-day financial management and reporting.

You will handle bookkeeping in Xero, payroll, VAT preparation, and cash flow planning, with 16 hours per week and flexible scheduling. Reliable transportation to the rural office is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bookkeeping, finance administration or accounts management.
• Strong practical knowledge of Xero.
• Experience managing payroll, invoicing, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records using Xero and process invoices.
• Process payroll and prepare VAT information.
• Manage credit control, monitor overdue balances and supplier payments.
• Forecast cash flow and assist with budgeting and planning.
• Help with stock planning and replenishment.
