Job summary

Reactive Driving Recruitment seeks an experienced Finance Manager for a part-time role in Tipton. The position is three days per week, overseeing the finance function and providing essential financial insight to senior management and investors.

You will manage day-to-day finance operations, deliver accurate financial reporting, and support key business decisions in a hands-on environment with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing day-to-day finance operations.
• Ability to produce weekly and monthly P&L reports and financial analysis.
• VAT, payroll, reconciliations and cash flow knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance function and support office team.
• Prepare weekly/monthly P&L and financial analysis.
• Complete bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting.
• Manage debtor accounts and support credit control.
