We're seeking a Part-Time Finance Assistant for a permanent position with a leading Film Production Company, based in central London. This role requires a strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable and reconciliations and an interest in the cinema/film industry.

Our client is a super exciting, prominent film production company who are renowned for their innovative approach across the sector. They are experience rapid growth and are therefore looking to expand their finance team.

Description

• Processing supplier invoices
• Handling and resolving supplier queries, managing and updating supplier details
• Processing staff expenses
• Preparing weekly payment runs
• Raising sales invoices
• Performing supplier and bank statements
• Assisting with preparation of payroll
• Preparing project and corporate reports for analysis and reconciliation
• Assisting senior finance team with management accounts

Profile

A successful Part-Time Finance Assistant should have:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience with Xero is desired
• Strong excel experience
• Previous experience in the Film / TV / Media industry is highly desirable
• Self-starter
• Team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Offer

• £30,000 - £35,000 (full time equivalent salary)
• 4 days, part time (32 hours per week)
