Description

We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join MDD UK, an integral part of our Finance team. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with prior experience in business or bookkeeping. You will support our team in providing high-quality services to our firm's employees, Partners, and clients worldwide. Flexibility, willingness to learn, and collaboration are essential, as you will be part of a small, evolving team. The role offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work from our London office.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Bookkeeping using in-house accounting software
  2. Accounts Payable Entries
  3. Month-end processing support
  4. Credit card reconciliation
  5. Staff Expenses Processing
  6. Inter Company Billing
  7. Finance Team Backup
  8. Fee Fund Administrative Support
  9. Assist with monthly reporting
  10. Maintain communication and cooperation with stakeholders, ensuring timely responses to queries
  11. Perform additional tasks as instructed by the Regional Financial Controller and global team
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Bookkeeping or finance administrative experience
  2. Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  3. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
