• Flexible part-time position offering up to £35,000 salary (full-time equivalent).

About Our Client:

Our client is a super exciting, prominent film production company renowned for their innovative approach across the sector. They are experiencing rapid growth and are therefore looking to expand their finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Handling and resolving supplier queries, managing and updating supplier details.
• Processing staff expenses.
• Preparing weekly payment runs.
• Performing supplier and bank statement reconciliations.
• Assisting with payroll preparation.
• Preparing project and corporate reports for analysis and reconciliation.
• Supporting senior finance team with management accounts.

Ideal Candidate:

A successful Part-Time Finance Assistant should have:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Xero is desirable.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience in the Film / TV / Media industry is highly desirable.
• Team player attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
