Job summary

Warwickshire County Council is recruiting a part-time Family Support Worker (22.5 hours) on a fixed-term contract of 12 months in the Nuneaton & Bedworth area. You will work with an experienced team to support families through targeted early intervention and multi‑agency collaboration to achieve lasting outcomes.

Applicants should have a Level 3 child and family qualification (or NVQ Level 4 or equivalent) and substantial practical experience as a family support worker.

Qualifications

• Relevant Level 3 child & family qualification or NVQ 4+ in related field.
• Substantial experience as a family support worker or similar role.
• Engagement with multi‑agency teams to support families.

Responsibilities

• Support families and carers to develop and implement plans for positive change.
• Collaborate with multi‑agency professionals to ensure holistic support.
