Responsibilities

• Deliver direct support and intervention to children, families.
• Supervise family contact sessions and record observations.
• Work with Social Workers to implement care plans.
• Complete assessments, observations, records, and reports.
• Provide transport to children and families when required.
• Work evenings or weekends as needed.
• Collaborate with schools and health professionals.
