Job summary

Warwickshire County Council is recruiting a Part-time Family Support Worker (22.5 hours) for 12 months in the Nuneaton & Bedworth area. You will join a multi‑disciplinary team delivering targeted family support, Restorative Principles and collaborative, holistic plans to help families stay together where possible.

The role requires a Level 3 Child & Family qualification with substantial experience, or an NVQ Level 4 or equivalent, within a local government setting.

Qualifications

• Relevant Level 3 Child & Family qualification with evidence of substantial experience as a family support worker.
• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in a relevant Child & Family / Youth Justice subject.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a multi‑agency, restorative practice framework.
