Job summary

Williams Lea Bath is seeking a Facilities Manager on a part-time, 9-month fixed-term contract. You will oversee day-to-day facilities operations across multiple sites, manage health and safety compliance, and coordinate maintenance, security, and space planning.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder communication, and the ability to travel between offices within the UK. Hybrid work pattern supported with pro-rata holiday entitlement and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Facilities Management and Health & Safety.
• Proven experience in Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing leased and/or serviced office environments.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations across all office locations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for landlords, serviced office providers, and managing agents.
• Ensure all offices are maintained to a high, professional standard.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, utilities, and space planning.
• Ensure planned preventive maintenance is carried out in accordance with the PPM schedule.
• Attendance of tenants meetings with managing agents.
• Coordinate office moves, refurbishments, and fit-outs where required.
• Manage access control systems, physical security, and office infrastructure.
• Monitor and control facilities budgets and expenditure.
• Work with Premises Group to develop long term facility upgrades, energy efficiency and improvements.
• Manage budgets for facilities operations, maintenance and capital projects.
• Manage and supervise onsite contractors to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Organize necessary documentation for contractors and staff.
• Oversee security and access passes for building access.
