Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a large UK-wide facilities portfolio. You will lead a small team, manage subcontractors, and ensure services meet SLAs and KPIs. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on contract delivery.

The position offers hybrid working, with 2–3 days in the St Albans office, and a strong route to permanent progression within a large FM operation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a UK-wide portfolio and multiple sites with subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of SLAs, KPIs and service delivery in FM.
• Ability to lead a small team and manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own contract & facilities management across a UK-wide portfolio of sites.
• Lead four direct reports within Contract Support team.
• Oversee subcontractor performance to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain relationships with key subcontractors and partners.
• Hold regular performance meetings and action improvements.
• Provide technical oversight and challenge contractor solutions.
• Support commercial activities and contract cost discussions.
• Ensure statutory compliance and targeted service delivery.
• Work 2–3 days per week in the office with some flexibility.
