Job summary

Williams Lea is seeking a part-time Facilities Manager in Bath to oversee facilities and safety across multiple sites. This hybrid role requires travel between offices and covers 22.5 hours per week.

You will manage day-to-day operations, vendor relationships, and safety compliance in a professional legal services environment. The 9-month fixed-term contract supports maternity leave with a focus on high standards and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities and health & safety management.
• Project management experience across multi-site environments.
• Knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across all office locations.
• Liaise with landlords, serviced office providers, and managing agents.
• Ensure offices meet professional standards appropriate for a legal services firm.
• Manage maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, utilities and space planning.
• Coordinate office moves, refurbishments, and fit-outs.
• Implement and monitor health and safety across sites and audits.
• Travel between offices as required.
