Job summary

Southern Housing seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our office facilities across London, ensuring safe and compliant workplaces, while delivering high standards of service and value for money. You will manage a team of Facilities Officers, coordinate contractors, oversee maintenance, and drive projects in line with our HEART values.

Based at Fleet House, Farringdon, with regular travel to London offices and the potential for one day of hybrid work.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing and developing a team within Facilities Management.
NEBOSH or IOSH General certificate or working towards preferred.
Extensive knowledge of facilities services including maintenance, systems, moves and procurement.
Experience of multi-site facilities management across diverse locations.
Knowledge of PPM and compliance requirements.
You’ll travel daily across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a Facilities Management team across multiple sites.
Oversee contractor performance and delivery of planned and reactive maintenance.
Ensure safety, compliance and value for money in all facilities services.
Deliver facilities projects and enhance the workplace experience aligned with HEART values.
