Qualifications

• Experience in property asset management and stakeholder management.
• Experience in budget management focusing on cost control.
• Trade qualification required (plumbing, gas, electrical, or fabric).
• Full driving license and willingness to travel.
• NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safety qualification is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead facilities management across the region for 30 properties.
