Job summary

Wyboston Lakes Resort – Drift Inn is seeking an organised, proactive Food & Beverage Administrator to join our team on a 20-hour week basis. You’ll support the F&B operation behind the scenes, handling admin, purchasing, stock taking and communications to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Experience in hospitality or F&B is preferred. You’ll work with F&B and C&E managers, helping with inductions, recruitment admin, compliance docs, and payroll forecasting to keep the team informed and efficient.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or F&B operations.
• Strong organisational and IT skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, communicative and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Support F&B management with day-to-day administration, PO handling, stocktaking and wastage records.
• Coordinate inductions, training and recruitment administration.
• Maintain compliance documents, COSHH, allergen and operational records.
