RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Team Member for our UK hotel operation, working 32 hours per week. You will welcome guests, take orders, prepare drinks, and maintain a clean, compliant dining area while supporting kitchen and bar teams.

We value great guest experiences, clear communication, and teamwork. Previous F&B service is a plus, but eagerness to learn and flexible attitude are essential for peak times and busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, noting special requests.
• Serve food and drinks with care while maintaining high presentation standards.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas for an inviting dining space.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards for a safe workspace.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service.
