You will oversee corporate events, group bookings, outdoor events and private dining, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient operation across all F&B functions.

The role emphasizes team development, budget adherence, compliance and delivering high-quality hospitality in a dynamic events environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Food & Beverage departments and teams.
• Strong communication with guests, clients and staff.
• Ability to manage rosters, budgets and KPIs.

• Oversee delivery of F&B across events and dining services.
• Recruit, onboard and develop team members.
