Job summary

Wyboston Lakes Resort - Drift Inn is seeking a Food & Beverage Administrator to join the team on a 20-hour-per-week basis. The role sits at the heart of the F&B operation, supporting management with administration, stock, payroll forecasting and communications to the team.

You should have experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality, be highly organised, and comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality operations.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient with IT systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support F&B management with day-to-day administration, purchase orders, stocktaking and wastage records.
• Coordinate inductions, training and recruitment administration.
• Maintain compliance, COSHH, allergen and operational documentation.
