Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Scheme Coordinator (Part-Time) to support the Supported Housing Team in Tyne and Wear. You will work with the Extra Care Scheme Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and housing management across sites, including home visits and client support.

The role requires experience in Extra Care and social housing, understanding housing legislation and welfare reform, and an enhanced DBS.

Qualifications

• Experience in Extra Care settings and social housing environments.
• Knowledge of housing legislation and welfare reform.
• Enhanced DBS and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality housing services that keep customers safe, supported and independent.
• Ensure compliance with contract, building safety and customer service standards.
• Undertake home visits with prospective customers and collaborate with the housing team.
