Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a motivated Scheme Coordinator (Part-Time) in Tyne and Wear to join the Supported Housing Team. You will support the onsite Scheme Manager, help oversee day-to-day operations, housing management, and ensure high standards of service and safety.

The role requires experience in Extra Care or social housing, knowledge of housing legislation, an enhanced DBS, and a valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for site visits and training.

Scheme Coordinator (Part-Time) - Tyne and Wear

We are looking to appoint 2 experienced individuals to join the Supported Housing Team as part of the new 7 day operational model based in Tyne and Wear. Working within this impressive high-quality independent living options, you will work closely with the onsite Extra Care Scheme Manager, assisting in overseeing the day to day operations and housing management.

Your Role as Scheme Coordinator:

You will deliver high-quality, effective housing services that keep their diverse customer base safe, supported and independent, ensuring the highest standards of contract compliance, building safety, and customer service. You will undertake home visits with prospective customers and collaborate with the wider supported housing team.

Experienced Required:

You will ideally have a strong background working within an Extra Care setting and a social housing environment, experience supporting or delivering services for people living with dementia, alongside working knowledge of housing legislation and welfare reform. You will possess excellent communication skills, work to tight deadlines, an enhanced DBS and a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel between sites, training and home visits.
