Job summary

Acorn by Synergie in the United Kingdom is seeking an Export Administrator for a part-time temporary role based in South Petherton. The position offers flexible 15-20 hours per week and office-based work.

• Experience with export documentation and compliance.
• ERP systems experience; IFS advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process international sales orders using ERP (IFS).
• Coordinate overseas shipments with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Select transport modes for time-sensitive and temperature-controlled products.
• Prepare and complete export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, LC, COs, EHCs).
• Apply for and manage country-specific export certificates.
• Keep customers updated throughout order and shipping process.
• Liaise with Planning, Quality and Warehouse teams; support Customer Services.
