VerseOne Group is recruiting a part-time Departmental PA in Basildon to support the senior imaging team. You will manage diaries, inboxes, invitations, agendas and minutes, ensuring smooth scheduling and effective communication across leadership.

You will compile governance reports and oversee actions, SI's and complaints, while supporting IT tools such as Healthroster, Locums Nest and Trac. Confidentiality and discretion are essential in this role.

Competenze

• Experience providing PA support in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage diaries, emails and scheduling.
• Confidential handling of sensitive information.

Mansioni

• Provide a comprehensive PA service to the Deputy General Manager and Clinical Lead Radiologists.
• Manage inboxes and diaries, prepare invitations, agendas and minutes.
• Compile governance reports and ensure actions are addressed.
• Support administration of IT applications (Healthroster, Locums Nest, Trac).
• Attend meetings and take notes with discretion.
